Product Overview:

HXGN15 series is a new generation of metal-enclosed switchgear with sulphur hexafluoride switch as main switch and  air insulated whole cabinet for distribution automation. It is compact and expandable. It has simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and installation. Convenient and other features, can provide a satisfactory technical solution for a variety of different applications and different user requirements.

Switchgear Advantage:

Switchgear Features:

1. Use heat-shrinkable insulation materials and epoxy coating insulation technology to optimize the electrode shape, compact the cabinet structure, and reduce the floor space.


2. The switch cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel and is formed by CNC sheet metal processing. It is connected by high-strength bolts, nuts and rivet nuts. The surface of the components is sprayed or galvanized.


3. The vacuum circuit breaker adopts SF1, SF2 type and F system sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker to meet the needs of different users.


4. Each functional compartment of the switch cabinet is isolated by metal plates and equipped with independent pressure release channels.


5. Circuit breakers, grounding switches and other operations can be operated when the switch cabinet is closed, and the door can be closed;


6. The switch cabinet has strong structural adaptability, and the main wiring scheme can reach more than 198 types to meet the requirements of different application scenarios.


7. There is a mechanical interlocking device between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch and rear cabinet door to prevent misoperation. The "five prevention" functions are complete, safe and reliable.
