· The design pressure of the enclosure, which is at least equal to the pressure before gas release in the event of an internal failure.
· The welds of the welded shell, except for the parts that cannot be detected, shall be inspected by non-destructive flaw detection according to the regulations; the welds of key parts and the welds welded by two kinds of materials shall all be inspected; 20% of the total seam length. The welding of the shell adopts laser welding or argon arc welding. For the weld seam of the welded shell, except for the undetectable parts, the non-destructive inspection shall be carried out according to the following regulations.
(1) The welding seams of key parts and the welding seams of tailor welding of two kinds of materials need to be spread out;
(2) The flaw detection length of other welds is not less than 20% of the total length of the butt welds.
The shell is highly sealed. For the dynamic and static seals, the corresponding sealing method is adopted, and the rubber ring is used for sealing.
